Provides Eviction Prevention to residents of the South Bronx. Conducts thorough assessments in order to identify clients’ needs and looks beyond the presenting issues if relevant. Develops client centered service plans that address both immediate and future need. Provides follow-up to ensure that stability has been maintained and/or that additional assistance is needed. Develops and maintains collaborative relationships with community based agencies and other Catholic Charities departments and agencies.
