Sean K. Gorman
Junior Board Co-Chair
Sean Gorman has been a member of the Catholic Charities Junior Board since the group’s inception in February of 2008 and is proud to serve as Co-Chair. Sean was born and raised in the Chicago area and attended the Catholic University of America in Washington DC where he graduated with a B.A. in Politics in 2003. He has called New York home for the past six years, and currently works at Neuberger Berman LLC as an Equity Trader.
Christine Keith
Junior Board Co-Chair
Christine Keith has served as Co-Chair of the Catholic Charities Junior Board since July 2009 and has been a member since February of 2008. Before her appointment to Co-Chair, Christine was the head of the Midnight Run program, leading monthly distributions of meals to the homeless on the streets of Manhattan. Originally from Garden City, NY, Christine is a 2005 graduate of Georgetown University. She resides in Manhattan and works as a copywriter for Digitas, a global advertising agency based in New York.
Stephanie Bagley
Social/Fundraising Committee Co-Chair
Stephanie is Co-Chair of the Social/Fundraising Committee of the Catholic Charities Junior Board. She has planned events such as the annual Junior Board Gala to raise money for the St. Nicholas Project. Stephanie has been involved with the Catholic Charities Junior Board since its inception. Stephanie is an editor and project manager at VaynerMedia, working with the NHL on social media, and a freelance sports reporter with ESPN the Magazine and ESPN.com.
Mario Bruschi
Faith Committee Chair
Mario has served as Chair of the Faith Committee since February 2008. He is currently the Controller of McCann Erickson New York. Prior to joining McCann, he held positions at Cushman & Wakefield, CBS Radio, Universal Music and PricewaterhouseCoopers. He attended New York University Stern School of Business where he received his undergraduate degree and MBA. In addition to his work on the Junior Board, Mario is the director of the Cathedral of St. Patrick Young Adult Ministry, and co-director of Theology on Tap-NYC. He recently became a member of the Order of Malta.
Caroline Corrigan
St. Nicholas Project Committee Chair and Co-Secretary
Caroline holds two positions on the Junior Board – Co-Secretary (appointed February 2008) and Chair of the St. Nicholas Project Committee (appointed June 2009). She has made great strides to raise awareness of the St. Nicholas Project through fundraising and volunteer efforts. Caroline graduated with a BA in Classics from College of the Holy Cross in 1999. In 2007, she earned a Masters degree in Communications Strategy from Columbia University. Caroline currently works at Bloomberg as an Integrated Marketing Communications Program Manager.
Jonna DeSimone
Co-Treasurer
Joanna joined the Junior Board as Co-Treasurer in May 2008. She is the oldest of three children and grew up in Wilton, CT. Jonna received a Bachelor of Science degree in Behavioral Neuroscience at Lafayette College. Upon graduating, Jonna went on to receive a Masters degree in Physician Assistant Studies at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. She has been working as a Physician Assistant for the past 6 years and is currently employed at Hospital for Special Surgery.
Catherine Falcetti
Volunteer Committee Chair
Catherine has been a member of the Catholic Charities Junior Board for nearly a year and was recently appointed Chair of the Volunteer Committee. She graduated from Villanova University in 1997 and served as Co-Chair of the New York Alumni Chapter for two years. Upon graduation, Catherine moved to New York to work for Edelman as an Account Executive. She is currently a Senior Vice President at Manning Selvage & Lee Public Relations. Catherine volunteers with Habitat for Humanity.
Marianna Macri
Networking and Advocacy Committee Chair
Marianna has served as Chair of the Networking and Advocacy Committee since May 2008. She currently works in Communications for Catholic Charities, where she is developing the agency's social media and e-marketing strategy. Formerly, Marianna helped build the internal communications division and institutional blog for Columbia Business School. She received an MA in Comparative Literature from Columbia University and an Honors BA in English from Lafayette College where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa and served as editor-in-chief of The Lafayette newspaper. While at Columbia, she lived at Ford Hall, the graduate student service and leadership community for Columbia Catholic Ministry.
Bridget Morrissey
Co-Secretary
Bridget joined the Junior Board in 2008 and was appointed Co-Secretary. As a Community Investment Analyst at the Federal Home Loan Bank of New York, Bridget analyzes the feasibility of real estate development projects including rental and homeownership projects as part of the FHLB’s Affordable Housing Program (AHP). Bridget is a 2003 graduate of the Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C. and holds a B.A. in psychology and a minor in music.
Tim Spelman
Social/Fundraising Committee Co-Chair
Tim serves as Co-Chair of the Social/Fundraising Committee of the Catholic Charities Junior Board and also works with the American Ireland Fund and CUA on Wall Street. He joined Merrill Lynch as a Financial Advisor in 2008 after working at Neuberger Berman for two years. Tim grew up in Larchmont, NY and is a 1999 graduate of Iona Preparatory School in New Rochelle, NY and a 2003 graduate of The Catholic University of America in Washington, DC.
Kevin Wells
Co-Treasurer
Kevin has served as the Co-Treasurer of the Junior Board since May 2008. He currently works at UBS AG as an Investment Associate. Kevin graduated from Bates College in 2005 with a B.A. Originally, he is from Westchester, NY, and attended John Jay High School. Kevin is an avid golfer and resides in Manhattan.
