Administrative Assistant

Major Objective:  Administrative support to the Case Management staff.

Purpose:  Prepare cases for finance dept, shred, sort records, pick up and delivery of checks/paperwork. Front desk coverage.

Where:  Catholic Center – West Village, St Cecilia’s – East Harlem, South Bronx

Minimum Age Requested: 18

Skills Needed:  Good customer service skills for front desk; good clerical skills, organized, efficient, willing to travel between sites on a limited basis.  

Orientation / Training:  A brief orientation and training will take place at the site.
