Case Aide/Case Manager

Major Objective: Support case management staff and increase our service capabilities.

Responsibility: Greeting clients, responding to phone inquiries, completing intakes, accompaniment, translation and performing straightforward case management functions.

Where: Catholic Center, South Bronx, Washington Heights, Staten Island, Lower East Side, East Harlem

Division: Catholic Charities Community Services (Community Outreach Services)

Minimum Age Requested: 22

Skills Needed: Someone with a natural ability to connect to clients, capacity to research resources, knowledge of benefits a plus. Bilingual English Spanish a plus.

Orientation/Training: A brief orientation and training program will be held prior to starting.

Other: Background screening.
