Receptionist / Office Assistant
Description: Welcome and greet individuals, directing them to the correct department. Assist staff with office support, such as answering the phones, computer data entry, and copying.
Purpose: Help the staff to run an efficient office, which allows them extra time to give more personal attention to clients.
Where: Manhattan.
When: weekdays for 4-5 hours between 9 AM – 5 PM, one or more days a week.
Duration: 6 months – 1 year.
Type of Volunteers: individuals
Skills Needed: Computer Skills (basic Word and Excel), outgoing and friendly personality, bilingual a plus.
Orientation/Training: A brief orientation and training will take place at the site.
