RSHM Life Center was established in 1995 to respond to the needs of the immigrant population of Sleepy Hollow and Tarrytown. The Center offers educational programs and social services to enable low-income immigrants to acquire the skills and access the resources they need to improve their life situations, empowering them to work for their own development.
