Description
Dowling Gardens provides 111 apartments for low and moderate income frail elderly persons. A range of optional services (meals, housekeeping, medication reminders, etc.) are geared towards allowing residents to maintain their independence as long as possible in a supportive non-medical environment. Forty seven of the 111 units are available below market under he Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program.
