Description
Incarnation Children's Center, Inc. was originally established as a foster care program for abandoned HIV+ infants under NYC Department of Social Services and NYC's Administration for Children's Services. In July 2000, its licensing was changed to a pediatric skilled nursing facility specializing in care of children and adolescents with HIV/AIDS. The program is licensed by the NYS Department of Health and is currently certified for 21 children and adolescents.
