Description
The Life Experience and Faith Sharing Association began its mission in 1986 as a not-for-profit, interdenominational, empowerment association. The association currently conducts programs in 8 city sponsored shelters, 1 Drug Recovery Residence, 1 HIV/AIDS Residence, 2 Drop-in Centers and a weekly street ministry. The association provides a supportive faith based community to empower the participants to emerge from their oppressed situations with a belief in self, a restored sense of dignity and renewed faith within a supportive faith based community.
