Cardinal McCloskey School and Home for Children provides subsidized group and family daycare services for children; preventive and family rehabilitation services; foster boarding home and residential group care for children and adolescents; and residential and day rehabilitation services for mentally retarded/developmentally delayed adolescent and adult individuals in the Bronx, Manhattan, Westchester and Rockland Counties
