Description
The Resource Center for Community Development, also known as The Hopeline, serves the needs of a primarily Hispanic immigrant community in the South Bronx. The Center provides information and referral services, a food and clothing bank and English as a Second Language (ESL) classes. They partner with various community-based organizations to provide easy access to medical care and the conduct bi-monthly seminars on tenant's rights, immigration information, financial information and foster care.
