St. Francis Counseling Center, Inc. is a parish based psychotherapy center with full-time and part-time therapists. The center opened with three therapists in 1999. The center carries the maximum liability insurance available for the therapists. In addition, exposure to liability is limited by the admittance requirements which precludes persons with chronic on-going mental illness. The center treats higher functioning adult individuals who might benefit from supportive psychotherapy.
